Pantothenic Acid derives from the Greek “pantos” which means “from everywhere”. Vitamin B5 is found in many foods, however not often in high quantities. Good sources include:
- Meat such pork and chicken, particularly organs such as liver and kidney.
- Fish such as salmon and shellfish.
- Whole grains
- Egg yolk, milk, and dairy
- Lentils and soybeans
- Mushrooms, avocado and broccoli
