What foods are high in Vitamin B5?

Pantothenic Acid derives from the Greek “pantos” which means “from everywhere”. Vitamin B5 is found in many foods, however not often in high quantities. Good sources include:

  • Meat such pork and chicken, particularly organs such as liver and kidney.
  • Fish such as salmon and shellfish.
  • Whole grains
  • Egg yolk, milk, and dairy
  • Lentils and soybeans
  • Mushrooms, avocado and broccoli
